Champagne Asia is very proud to present one of the high-end Champagne, Franck Pascal. The winemaker, Franck tookover his father's champagne-making business since 1994. He started without a clue about wine making because he studied engineer in school, then he began his first experimentation field where he could implement his pruning and soil management on a 0.5 hectare old vines of Pinot Meunier (which he still has to this day). 

Nowadays, the Pinot Meunier is the dominant variety because it has its débourrage (budding) later than Pinot Noir or Chardonnay, as much as one week or 10 days later, which can save the buds when frost threatens precisely at the time they're coming out, which is frequent in this area. They are also Biodynamic vineyard for over 20 years with 100% hand pick harvest method.
